Announcing Our New Consignment Service
In the past, we offered both consignment and outright purchase options for Ham Radio Estates and partial estates. While we believe that our appraisals and purchase offers were more than fair, many of you were looking for ways to maximize the amounts you received for your equipment.
Therefore we have eliminated our purchase option and now offer only the consignment service. In this way, you can be sure that you will receive the highest price possible for your estate.
Here is how it works:
- We will inspect the ham radio equipment, parts, and accessories and write a complete informal inventory and appraisal.
- We will remove all the inventoried items to our warehouse in Cincinnati. Also, we will tidy up the empty ham shack to make it as neat as possible.
- We will clean and, in some cases, repair the equipment to enhance its value.
- We will list the equipment for auction on EBay© where we have found the best prices can be obtained.
- As your items sell and we receive payment, we will pay you 65% of the final net amount we receive (not counting shipping, handling, and taxes).
- You can track the progress of the auction online and we will provide complete details with your check(s).
We have sold thousands of ham related items on EBay and grossed hundreds of thousands of dollars. We believe our EBay expertise will benefit you greatly.
(NOTE: We do NOT dismantle or remove outside items such as antennas, towers, etc.)
